
As a Principal with The Gallup Organization, Melissa Katz Dakoff works with many Fortune 500 organizations in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia analyzing their business model and organizational practices in an effort to identify key challenges and the root causes of those challenges. Dakoff plays a critical role in helping clients develop integrated solutions that leverage Gallup’s extensive knowledge of employees and customers.
A key component of Dakoff’ work is to design an effective change management approach for the client organization to ensure efficient and widespread implementation of recommended solutions based on quantitative and qualitative research practices with a return on investment analysis designed to maximize impact.
Prior to joining Gallup, Dakoff was a senior consultant at the REL Consultancy Group, where she helped clients’ address a number of operational and financial challenges. Her work included the assessment of procurement strategies, and the identification of opportunities to streamline operations and reduce costs through internal process improvements and reallocation/redeployment of resources.
Dakoff received a Bachelor of Science from Lehigh University. She is fluent in Spanish, working numerous projects in Spanish speaking countries. She is a certified six sigma black belt. Dakoff moderates client round table events, performs executive coaching and provides material for the Gallup Management Journal.
